Start of an other week, another course, we start the Customer service proper today, should be interesting, am in 2 minds about asking T to be dismissed, part of me say's, mag to grid, get rid, but at the same time, her ignorance delayed her thinking, might be different now. If she apologises  ok, she stay's, but if nothing, the she goes?
