Just been to new locals, one is a pub, other is an eatery, so could prove interesting, after info given, hardest part will be persuading the kitchen crew to think about Spec Sheets? and how food is presented, isn't exactly difficult, saw a couple of BB's come down, sorry, but how can you forget a skewer, were are you going to put onion rings? OMG, am sounding like an old dog already, don't they realise presentation is everything, you have to seduce the eye before........ I may have a job sorting some of our exotic patrons to the English way of thinking.

Have a new placement, will take a look at it tomorrow, is only in Bayswater, so if need be, might be able to Crash at M&D's. But at, least am away from those at the Prospect? Can't wait to be back at work, sounds weird, only been a week, had a couple of years of it, but was already back to the Work Ethos. Oh God it felt good, but at least now, it will, but will mean hard work, splitting between 2 pubs, but it does show plenty of possibility, so hope to be kitchen manager soonest, as well as being crosstrained on to the bar too, is oh so looking damn good. As I said before, so intend to be posting more and more, we shall have to see.

OK, so people you think are ok, aren't alway's OK? Bosses partner at the Prospect, seemed to think, that as we are getting on, he could get away with anything? maybe in 6 months or so, he might of, but barely knowing me a week, especially when I thought we were getting on. F in the kitchen, proved to be typical Nigerian, I'm not a straight male/female, so am not a human being, told her about D being ok about me, and that D was from an Eroba family? Investigation have finally started, am sat here waiting, waiting to get back to work?

Is my break now, decided to bring lappy with me today, as there are bugger all facilities in the area, away from work. I got my first payment today, but it has already gone out on a mistake from the other week. I failed to mention this to J, so she was upset with me, understandable, but, it was how Peed she was with me. I asked her for a couple of quid, for coffee, but she refused to listen to me when I told her, right at the beginning of the phone call, that I had been paid, £91, 3 day's pay. Seems like bugger all, but at least its a job, don't want to be doing this forever. As I was saying though, shall be bringing this in most day's and try and add more regularly, I know I had been pretty slack over the last year or so, but will try to add more and more??

Been a week, finally got 2 day's off, God do I need it?, Been a week now, have got a job, finally, as a woman, they are all fully aware, but is only my damn voice that still ruins the façade. Was at CX yesterday, after receiving a confusing letter, going on about Private Sector for my Surgery? If I could afford the costs of private, I wouldn't be going through the hell I am now, the waiting, till I am rid of that, that what I hate. Would be oh so simple for me to chop it off, but what would be achieved by that? my death? from loss of blood, the inability to construct the required new, love tunnel, passage of pleasure, Vagina? But, now, not what I had misunderstood, yes, private sector, but no, I don't have to pay, it will be as I once wished for, as NHS is paying for it, with my Surgeon of Choice, Mr B, but it also means the waiting time is reduced, if I had stayed on NHS, with their waiting times? I just hope it will be at Mr B's Central West London Hospital?

MEGA NEWS, I got the Job, so am now officially a chef, again. Is a very old pub, Docklands, still has a noose hanging outside, going back to Smuggling day's, Judge Jeffries used to frequent it too, he's the Bloody Judge, from the Bloody Assizes, over in Somerset, if you plead guilty, shall treat you with Mercy, and only Hang You, but if you plead Not Guilty, and your found Guilty, which I will, I won't be merciful with you, you'll be hung, drawn and quartered??

Been here 3 day's, unofficially, it appears I have got the job, P keeps pushing me to be the Chef, but am supposed to be his assistant, but, he had 2 weeks to learn his trade, I'm only being given day's, is basically a question of learning timing's to cook food, like chips don't go on at the same time as the fish, and things like that, more laters??
