Just been to new locals, one is a pub, other is an eatery, so could prove interesting, after info given, hardest part will be persuading the kitchen crew to think about Spec Sheets? and how food is presented, isn't exactly difficult, saw a couple of BB's come down, sorry, but how can you forget a skewer, were are you going to put onion rings? OMG, am sounding like an old dog already, don't they realise presentation is everything, you have to seduce the eye before........ I may have a job sorting some of our exotic patrons to the English way of thinking.
